These pages describe Shomer and what we are building. They are provided for information. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Shomer is under active development. Parts of this site describe capability in the present tense that is not generally available, and anything described here may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a feature, a timeline, or a level of performance.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, nor an offer to provide any service. No agreement between us comes into existence through this site. Any commercial relationship would be governed by a separate signed agreement.

The text, design, marks and other material on this site belong to Shomer or are used with permission. You may read, quote and link to the site. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or use it to break the law.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or that everything on it is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
